 Did you know...

A revocable living trust does not eliminate the need for a guardian if you become incompetent? The trustee (manager of the trust) is limited to handling trust assets. Many and assets cannot be placed into that trust. Many decisions must be made that do not involve trust assets. A durable power of attorney and health care power of attorney should also be considered.

Contact Panek Schill & Gebert to schedule an trust and/or will planning session.
